Steamed Wild Salmon
Wild Salmon steamed with green onions, ginger, oyster sauce and tamari for 10-15 minutes.
I don’t really measure here. About 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of tamari.
Steaming wild salmon gives it a tender texture and the sauces flavor it lightly yet adequately.
Pair with brown rice and simply prepared veggies for a easy healthy meal.
