Brunch By Hubby

Ladies, we can often be hard on our significant others. Especially after years of being together.

Everyday minutiae can start to magnify. The romance and big hearted thinking of the early days are dulled. This is especially true if you have young children (mamas, can you relate!).

If your man (or woman), cooks for you, cleans up AND start a load of dishes while teaching the toddler how to crisp bacon- you’ve got the real deal.

So what if the dishes weren’t loaded just so and the counters not wiped to your level of cleanliness? These things are so unimportant.

What matters is the moment that you stand apart from the scene and see the man you love be the father you admire and respect.

The look in your daughter’s eyes and the brightness of her face that suggests how special she feels because Daddy is focused on her; email and conference calls are secondary at the moment.

These are the fleeting moments to treasure and savor.

And oh, this delicious pan of goodness is Gordon Ramsay’s Eggs Baked in Hash Brown With Glazed Bacon Recipe.

We will make it again the next time we have someone to impress at brunch.

Watch the 3 minute Youtube video by Gordon Ramsay. It’s worth your while.

Slow Cooker Bone Broth

Growing up in an Asian household, there was always a rich earthy homemade broth available to drink at any time- usually straight from a crockpot. When I was younger, I avoided looking at this simmering soup- there were all kinds of unsightly things in there: chicken feet, whole birds, large...
